The Need

To coach employees who already have management skills of varying levels in effective conflict-handling. The aim is to equip line managers and potential line managers with the tools to deal with difficult performance issues.

The Solution

A series of half-day courses in split into 3 sections; "Delivering Effective Feedback", "Tackling Issues" and "influencing and Initiating". CentreStage writes and performs a piece of forum theatre for each section, giving delegates the opportunity to direct the action using the learning acquired earlier in the day.

The Outcome

The forum theatre pieces effectively highlight the points made during the course and give delegates the opportunity to put their learning into practice and try out different methods of dealing with situations.
