A pan-European financial services agency

The Need

As part of an international conference for over 250 reinsurers called 'Risk Management in Action', present a piece of theatre relevant to risk management in the European financial arena. Provide some light relief and make the session involving.

The Solution

An hour long scripted play performed by four CentreStage actors dealing with a fictitious company blighted by low morale, miscommunication and the extra workload caused by corporate governance initiatives. Between scenes, delegates discuss the issues raised and suggest how things might have been done differently.

The Outcome

An engaging session that is thought-provoking and in which delegates can share ideas and experiences.
