Roleplay is the single most effective way of practising skills in a safe environment, and yet for many it can be a pretty daunting experience. So getting it right is crucial.
CentreStage roleplayers are professional actors with business backgrounds; realistic, reactive and, most importantly, passionate about what they do.
For development purposes, our roleplayers are capable of gauging the skills, experience and learning needs of an individual and responding accordingly, as well as providing constructive feedback sensitively and honestly. While for assessment centres, our actors bring consistency to scenarios and give observers as much opportunity as possible to assess relevant competencies.
