Customer Service Workshops for 3C/Fidessa
We begin a series of workshops for 3C Associates in January, supporting their delivery of customer service workshops to Fidessa. Fidessa provides software support to the stockmarket and, as well as publishing a best practice booklet, wants to ensure its 80 strong systems customer care team has the skills to deliver excellent personal service.
CentreStage will provide a series of 2 hour forum theatre workshops, facilitated by Julian Hirst, to groups of 10 staff to make them see and appreciate the need for best practise and to introduce them to the contents of the booklet in a way that encourages them to take ownership of the standards required. They will later have coaching and attend workshops which are designed to give them the skills and tools to deliver.
