Coca-Cola — Appraisal Techniques
Earlier this year CentreStage ran a series of two-hour workshops for managers at Coca-Cola Great Britain and Ireland, based in Hammersmith. The sessions — or skills-labs as they are known — aimed to help participants get the most out of mid-year reviews, and specifically explored ways of opening up honest dialogue, managing employee expectations and managing upwards.
Workshops like this are great for refreshing key messages and, as we call it, ’disturbing people’s thinking’. Plus, at just two hours, they don’t have to disrupt the working day.
