This month, CentreStage provided roleplayers for the latest in a series of assessment centres for Skanska UK. The centres, designed and run by Mercuri Urval, seek to identify the potential and development needs of key managers within the organisation, including the use of roleplay to assess candidates’ interpersonal and motivational skills.
