Open Workshop: Customer Care

Due to the overwhelming success of our customer care programmes, we're running an open workshop early in the new year.
Combining live acted scenes, plenary discussions, interactive exercises, theory input and forum theatre, this fun, practical workshop focuses on:
- What great customer care looks like and how to achieve it
- Active listening and the power of body language
- Assertiveness and resolving difficult customer situations
- Dealing with stress
